PD	Pupillary Distance. The distance between the pupils of the eyes. Required for prescription lenses. Determines where the optical centers of the lenses are located assuring optimum vision.

Polycarbonate	Polycarbonate is the most impact resistant lens available. It is also the lightest and thinnest lens material available today. Polycarbonate naturally filters out harmful UV light. UV coat processing that wears over time is not necessary. Polycarbonate lenses are highly recommended for all active people.

Transition	This versatile lens will darken in sunlight an lighten in low light.
Photochromatic	Adjustable tint that changes with the amount of available light. In bright sunlight they darken, when light conditions are not as bright, they lighten in color.
